I just checked out your gallery. Tonal Quality and fine detail are good. I am a real fan of Black & White photography. It was my favorite media to work in when I was younger. If you want to tell a STORY, or express MOOD or EMOTION, Black & White Photography acts as a focus for those things. There is no distraction from Color. Good Digital B&W Photography actually takes more skill to pull-off because you have to express everything in only 256 shades, requiring tighter attention to Tonal Quality, whereas in the RGB color Gamut you get 16 million possible shades of color (R 256 x G 256 x B 256), and 4 channels of colors, or 4.3 billions of possible shades of color (C 256 x M 256 x Y 256 x K 256) in the CMYK color Gamut.

Also, thanks for the Llama, from way back when. Sorry it took so long to send thanks. I just discovered a list of deviants who gave me Llamas, in my messages section.

Alright, I believe I should do your gallery in a set because I see the same things in all of them.
The images are in less than perfect quality/focus (generally speaking, of course.)
But as you know, this is because of your camera model, and it usually can't be helped, unless it's under certain conditions that are absolutely perfect and allow your camera to create great quality images that are supposed to be past its capabilities.

The composition is always good, in nearly ever photo you have, so keep up the good work there.

The focusing on a few is off (I'm sure you know which). Try taking photos of the same subject a little further away and in harder lighting and you can fix a few errors the camera causes.

I understand that not everyone can afford those fancy DSLR cameras that make other people drool and say, "Hey, that's a professional right there," but there are things you can do to help improve your photos with your current camera.
